Important: Orders that have already entered the preparation process for shipment cannot be modified or canceled.

In case of an error on our part, you have 72 hours from the delivery date to submit a claim by sending an email to info@1522-genetics.com.

Once we have verified the error, you will receive all instructions to proceed with the return shipment. This is the most convenient way.

Once this period has ended, we will understand that the receipt of the merchandise has been satisfactory.

Remember to include a copy of the receipt with your order.

According to current regulations, all products distributed by V-Gen Lab s.r.o. on this site cannot be returned for reasons other than the one mentioned above.

The cannabis seeds sold in this manner do NOT contain THC and can only be germinated in countries where it is authorized by law.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform themselves about the law of their country and act accordingly.

Claims for ungerminated seeds will be accepted as long as germination is legal in the country of destination.

We do not accept claims for hermaphrodite plants due to the impossibility of determining whether the origin was caused by growing conditions or genetic causes.

In case of error or disagreement with the product received, claims will not be accepted for items that have been unsealed, opened, and/or manipulated by the client.

Claims will not be accepted for seeds distributed as gifts or freebies.

Second claims will not be accepted.

V-Gen Lab s.r.o. will not be responsible under any circumstances for shipments confiscated by Customs or similar entities. Contact the relevant authorities in your country for further information.

4 Prices and taxes

The product prices in your shopping cart include taxes, if applicable, but do not include shipping costs. These are calculated when the order is processed.

Shipping to your home:

– European Union: Delivery time normally can be 3-5 business days.
– Rest of the world: Delivery time is 15-20 business days depending on the area. (Contact us privately for more details)

We’ll send you an email with your expedition number so you can track your package online after we receive the payment. This expedition number will be sent on Monday/Tuesday if the order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
